Your logo on everything we do

A small logo will appear on all handouts we print as well as our social media and website on the banner.

Sponsorship Details and Deadlines
All Sponsorship levels include right of first refusal for next years swap.
Banners must be provided. For an additional fee we can help you get a banner printed.
Logos should be vector artwork or high resolution 300ppi or above for best display.
The deadline to have your logo printed on our shirts is 1/15/24
The deadline for banner printing is 1/15/24. This includes the "Presented by" banners for the fence surrounding the swap.
The deadline to sign up and receive all other perks of sponsorship is 2/10/24.
Notification of sponsorship commitment level, payment, and high resolution logos must be received when the sponsor agreement has been signed in order to be on any/all printed materials. The earlier you commit to a sponsorship the more time and exposure your business will receive.
Upon receipt of payment sponsorship will begin (ex. Facebook post, listed on website, etc.)
If you would like to supply items to be given to attendees (brochure, pen, keychain, etc.)they must be delivered to The Bike Rack no later than 2/10/24.
