We do everything we can to share and spread the swap. Social posts, emails, press releases, and distributing promotional materials are just some of the ways we at the swap promote the event to help enrich our vendors.

Direct email is an awesome way to engage followers directly. The best email is one from you inviting people to come visit your booth with pictures you have from swaps past.
Highlight any special deals/ events happening to draw customers to you. Let them know why they should visit you.
